We had a minor plumbing issue on arrival which was taken care of right away with excellent communication from the owner / manager. "My 7-year old and I spent 7 nights and we loved it. The area is safe and convenient with public transportation and plenty of restaurants around. The museums are a walk away. The staff was very friendly! We didn't see any other kids during our stay but we didnt mind it. My son loved the fish goujons from the kids menu at the hotel and we ordered it for room service on some days!"

As a lone female traveller, I felt safe walking back to the property at night. The studio facilities were adequate and clean.
