"The property was just as described. None of us had been to London before so we were not real familiar with the location except for doing internet research. It turned out that the location was fantastic. Many of the restaurants, pubs, and shops were within walking distance. The tourist venues were a little further so we used the taxis. (We were always able to catch at taxi just outside the property door within 5 minutes on every occasion.) The manager responded to messages promptly. The check-in...

"Excellent service. I had a superior 1 bedroom for family. Very clean. Sofa bed was already laid out when we arrived. Complimentary spring water in fridge. Enough towels for 4 people which is great. Check out time is 11am. Two t.v. Wi-Fi was good. Hair conditioner was provided. Leaving luggage at reception was great. Only two very small things I would add is no herbal tea bags provided, you might want to bring your own. There is decaf coffee. Also the bathroom is en-suite in the bedroom...
