“Excellent staff and service”

“Good hotel”

“I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I……

“Everything is good! Bell boy service is very good, very smart and helpful ! But The staff who cleaned the room was average, because he would mess up my pajamas and comb them! Won't fold well! The dinners and breakfasts provided by the TING restaurant are excellent. The front desk also offers service in fluent Chinese and English. Other Shangri-La hotels should consider this establishment's service standards as a worthwhile example to emulate.”

“The room is well equipped with good amenities. However, there is no window in the room and the lights were a bit dark. On the second day, we expected housekeeping but it was not done until we requested.”

“A very trendy morden Japanese hotel. My room was upgraded to a suite with an excellent balcony. The service is excellent with very friendly staff. Room service will prepare your bed before you come back from dinner. They even have staff who can speak Cantonese. The neighborhood is a very cool place with lots of graffiti & co-office.”
