"Stayed here for the Faulty Towers Dining experience. Disappointed in the room, very very basic, bed was comfortable but a double not king, room had no aircon and windows only opened a tiny bit...so very stuffy. Lovely modern bathroom with fab shower and toiletries. Nice breakfast. Staff and service were excellent. "

"Location was fine. Shame they don’t offer an airport shuttle but we took the bus and it was easy. Bus stops just across the road. Front desk staff were very nice. We had to work and Wi-Fi was very good. We sat in the lobby with coffee and a croissant from the garage next door whilst we worked. A lady from the breakfast room tried to boss us around and said eating our food in the lobby was not allowed. We didn’t really take any notice because it’s a ridiculous rule!
