"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the Junior sweet, which is dressed like a true London style with tall ceilings, thick drapes, and a four poster bed. The hotel lobby and public areas are very clean. Front desk workers are extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk during the whole first day until we could check in, and again on the last day after we checked out so we could sightsee without our bags. Breakfast is not free (about 16pounds pp), but a very nice buffet. Only a couple minutes onto the tube, and a Starbucks right nearby. We loved it! "

"Good location near an Underground stop and in a less touristy/crowded area. Great fitness center, not very big but had a good selection of weights/cardio. Staff was also helpful when we had questions/requests."

"Friendly staff and clean, comfortable room. We were out most of the day every day but it was a great to come back to for a good night's sleep. Close to tube station so extra convenient for getting around. "
