"Would gladly stay again! From ease of check-in, communication from the front desk team, attentiveness during our stay and the lovely accommodation, superb option for your next stay. "
"My 7-year old and I spent 7 nights and we loved it. The area is safe and convenient with public transportation and plenty of restaurants around. The museums are a walk away. The staff was very friendly! We didn't see any other kids during our stay but we didnt mind it. My son loved the fish goujons from the kids menu at the hotel and we ordered it for room service on some days!"
"Wonderful personal service and beautiful small hotel. Service was top notch and felt genuine. Can be very personalized service without ever feeling intrusive. Will be back hopefully sooner than later - one of the loveliest hotels I have ever stayed in."

"The staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly and always so helpful. Returning from a long day of sightseeing to have a cocktail in the lounge became a high point of the day for us. I appreciated the "green energy" steps that were taken, down to very small things."
"We have stayed at this hotel before and returned because we enjoyed it so much. The decor is lovely, the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is good. It is also in a great location if you are going to a performance at the Royal Albert Hall."

"The Resident Kensington is a lovely property which is extremely close (less than 5 min walk) to the Earl's Court underground station. Right around the station there are numerous convenience stores and some very nice restaurants.
The property is small but charming, and the room definitely met my expectations. There was a small kitchenette located inside a closet which I used to store drinks and snacks in the refrigerator. My partner liked the coffee maker and the staff replaced the coffee each day. The king sized bed was comfortable, and there was both overhead lighting and night tables with lamps. There were plenty of outlets to recharge battery packs and phones.
The bathroom had a towel warmer, box of tissues, makeup mirror, hand soap (nice smelling!), shampoo and conditioner. There was extra toilet tissue too.
The staff were very friendly and always helpful.
Overall, I would highly recommend this property for anyone coming to London who wants convenience to transportation, while NOT being in the middle of an overcrowded touristy location."
