"Would gladly stay again! From ease of check-in, communication from the front desk team, attentiveness during our stay and the lovely accommodation, superb option for your next stay. "
"Very friendly and efficient.
They upgraded our room from one with a double bed to one with a kingsize. Only because our room wasn't ready and we had arrived early"

"We stayed here for 8 days. The Baglioni is in a perfect area for exploring London while also quiet - it’s right next to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. The largest Whole Foods in London is 5 minutes away along with any other shop you might need on Kensington High Street. The included breakfast is a great value. The staff are excellent and helpful. Note that only suites have a park or street view - other rooms look into a courtyard which is very quiet. The spa and gym looked pretty good though we...

"Upon arrival the door man was well dressed in his uniform. He opened the door and assisted with the luggage. He always made sure we had an umbrella. He was a bonus. He gets 5 stars The front desk check in was pleasant and we were take. To our room. The concierge could not have been more helpful! He helped us with tickets to excursions and reservations for dinners. Loved him!! The room was spacious clean and lovely. It was kept that way by house keeping staff that was thoughtful and present, always there to assist
Baileys location is very good the food served is very good. The breakfast staff is the jewel in the crown. A beautiful older lady serving breakfast I noticed. All staff would hug and say good morning too. Once I met her I found out why. She stated a smile is free I can afford to give them to everyone. But along with that smile came warmth and caring. Congratulations to Bailey’s for having this lady on staff "

"We stayed in this hotel for 9 days and 8 nights and loved it so much. The hotel staff were extremely nice and very helpful. They gave us a very nice room on the 2nd floor with a great view. The bed size was comfortable for 2 of us. The breakfast was healthy and the cappuccino was delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone and make sure to ask for the type of room you like that fits your need. It was very close to underground train station and very safe place to stay. Thank you for everything you did for us. We greatly appreciate it and plan to stay again when we visit London next year."

"The room was good, the pool was good, not many hotels in central London have access to pool. The pool is used for workouts and classes, I found this fine.
Nice outdoor garden area with fish ponds. Not sure why the pond was dyed blue though.
Really close access to High St Kensington tube station.
We did high Tea, this was great the sandwiches and cakes were delicious.
Option for late checkout with small fee amazing.
The price was reasonable for the location. We got the 24mtr room, which was just right for us, i would not want to go smaller unless maybe a single.
