"Great location, staff and hotel"

"The location of this property is perfect. It's a 2-3 minute walk to Nyhavn and across the water (less than 10 mins), you have Broens street food already. Despite being close to many things and being in the waterfront, it was very quiet. Our deluxe room had a bay window with supposed views but the building nextdoor had scaffolding that basically blocked the view. But the most special part of this property is the staff. "The hotel room was large and included a washer and dryer. It is located on the outskirts of downtown. Aside from the location and the sofa "bed" that was very uncomfortable as both a sofa and bed, the hotel is a decent choice."

"Easy check in and check out, spacious room with harbour view, comfortable bed and friendly staff. However, we have stayed at Copenhagen Island many times over the past 10 years and it really felt like the hotel is in need of some TLC. We also didn't like the change in policy requiring you to request for your room to be serviced. That said, we had a lovely stay and the location is so convenient, we would still recommend the hotel to others. "
