A classic European hotel from 1910, beautifully updated. Rooms modest size with huge windows. Modern bath. Huge bathtub! Room to soak and stretch out. However, you must climb into the huge tub If you have problems climbing into a high tub, tell them. Breakfast was included for us and it's worth it. Nice breakfast menu. Outside is center of town, shopping, Tivoli Park, trains and the Metro. We walked to the botanical gardens, and to a canal boat excursion. Taxis across the street. Good restaurant in hotel but pricy. Nice restaurants around the hotel somewhat less fancy.

The staff at the Front Desk were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Very good quality and selection of breakfast food.

The hotel is very close to walking streets lined with shops and restaurants. The room is small and amenities are bare. Bathtub is deep and is not friend to seniors or anyone short.

Hotel in a good location.No actual air conditioning system. They have a cooling system of some sort but it doesn’t really work well. They will provide you with a fan if you ask.Room a little small. Made a reservation with a King bed but the bed was actually a double according to American standards.

Old property with odd bathroom layout. Shower was located separately from toilet/ sink. Stains on carpet. Housekeeping only per request and they only make beds, replace towels and remove trash, no room or bathroom cleaning. Breakfast buffet is fairly good, but have to reserve a time slot every day. Rooms facing the City Hall are very noisy. No A/C and cannot keep windows open due to traffic noise and club music on the street. The location is very good with shopping area, Tivoli Gardens and restaurants close by. Walkable to many attractions. Expensive for that type of hotel.

We loved the location and very close proximity to all types of transport and attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a small room, no air con but could open the window. The room was quiet, we weren’t overlooking the main square at the front. It was great to have a fridge and kettle at our disposal. WiFi ok

It’s an older hotel, it was very nice. The check in was a little difficult and it’s not their fault, or ship unloaded early and we just left our luggage, but they were very accommodating. The staff was friendly morning. Breakfast was great.

Property was beautiful, and the room was nice. However, the bed gave us the worst night's sleep of our whole trip (and this was our last night). The bed was the smallest "double" I've ever seen, with rolling sides to the mattress. I slipped off several times during the night. The covers were 2 separate narrow duvets that also kept slipping off. Had we had a decent bed, this would have been a grand experience.
