"This hotel lived up to the 5 star reviews. The rooms were air-conditioned and comfortable. We LOVED the choices at breakfast. And, the location was so convenient- right by the train station and Tivoli gardens. I would definitely stay here again. The service was also outstanding."

"Beautiful modern hotel woth fab lobby bar. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Lovely breakfast offering! Very conveniently located in Copenhagen and even offer bike hike. Only downside was that there are renovation works going on and our room felt right next to it. We didn't have any warning of this before check in but it was fine in the end"

"Easy check in and check out, spacious room with harbour view, comfortable bed and friendly staff. However, we have stayed at Copenhagen Island many times over the past 10 years and it really felt like the hotel is in need of some TLC. We also didn't like the change in policy requiring you to request for your room to be serviced. That said, we had a lovely stay and the location is so convenient, we would still recommend the hotel to others. "

"Hotel a one minute walk to metro station with direct access into city centre or 10/15 minute walk. Great location Our room was on the ground floor and was very warm as didn’t feel comfortable leaving windows open when not there during daytime. There was a fan however which helped keep us cooler during the nighttime. Staff friendly. Bed comfortable and room spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay"
