"This hotel lived up to the 5 star reviews. The rooms were air-conditioned and comfortable. We LOVED the choices at breakfast. And, the location was so convenient- right by the train station and Tivoli gardens. I would definitely stay here again. The service was also outstanding."

"The hotel room was large and included a washer and dryer. It is located on the outskirts of downtown. Aside from the location and the sofa "bed" that was very uncomfortable as both a sofa and bed, the hotel is a decent choice."

"Easy check in and check out, spacious room with harbour view, comfortable bed and friendly staff. However, we have stayed at Copenhagen Island many times over the past 10 years and it really felt like the hotel is in need of some TLC. We also didn't like the change in policy requiring you to request for your room to be serviced. That said, we had a lovely stay and the location is so convenient, we would still recommend the hotel to others. "

"Clearly the finest hotel in Copenhagen, I wouldn't stay anywhere else! It is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. We only stayed one night to cap off the holiday visit, but will definitely stay here next time. The drinks in the bar were great and we enjoyed dinner as well."
