"Everything was great "

"The resort is amazing, the food, the atmosphere, the entertainment... everything was wonderful. The only thing we didn't like is at the time of our stay the ocean happened to have very strong waves, not sure if we were just lucky like that but oh well, the water temperature in the ocean was perfect. Wish the towel dropoff would stay open till 8 when the pool closes. Would totaly come back one day!! Highly recommend. "

"My partner & I spent over a week at TRS and had a great time celebrating my birthday and our anniversary. Fernanda P. (our Expedia Ambassador) was also amazing! She made our stay exceptionally special with surprises for my birthday and anniversary. Thank you again, FERNANDA! I look forward to your expertise for our next visit! Along with her, our anniversary dinner experience was made special by our waiter ERASMO G.! Thank you for making us laugh and the attention you gave us on our special day! "It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Mexico & all inclusive and this trip was beyond amazing. The food options were phenomenal as were the drink options. The property always had events daily all the while trying to keep you engaged. Pools were great! Upon arriving staff was PHENOMENAL! Pepe was great with letting me know immediately upon arrival what to expect. The only thing I wish there was more of was music at the pool, this would be a great addition for guests to enjoy their time relaxing near the pool area!"

"The property was great, we had a great time as a family. Our kids loved being able to eat cupcakes at all times of the day! The lattes were great too! The property was very big, lots of walking. It would have been nice for the shuttle to run more often especially during busy times like morning, late afternoon and evenings. We enjoyed the bikes to go off property. And loved our 2hrs of pickleball every morning. Our group had people age 1 to 76 and everyone had a great time."
