Find All-inclusive Resorts in Cancun

Pros - beautiful property, pools, beach, sand - comfortable room, comfortable bed and pillows - courteous staff and prompt attentiveness to issue with our room safe - reasonable breakfast (lots of options and fluffy pancakes) and lunch buffet (pork ribs and wok stir fry) - coffee bar - Bohemia oscura beer, Tito’s vodka - Silent disco party Cons: - sometimes hard to find a shaded lounger. Lots of extended towel reserving, despite signs discouraging the practice - average to below average food, especially at dinner. Even the speciality restaurants were “not terrible” at best. Overcooked fish, lobster, steak, tasteless pasta. Mexican was ok - Most of the alcoholic drinks were undrinkable, despite being brand-named. Pre-mixed margaritas with fake lime juice. Cheap wine and Prosecco. Cranberry cocktail (kool-aid) instead of cranberry juice. Overly sweet and fake tasting cocktails. Too much vermouth in a martini. No lime juice in a cosmo. Martinis served in a margarita glass is unforgivable. Final grade: C Would I stay again? I loved the hotel and the beach was beautiful, but food and drink is my vacation barometer, and because of this I would not return

Overall was really great! although I would suggest a little outside area with a few bistro tables to sit and enjoy coffee.

The staff was wonderful, everyone was very attentive to our needs.

Expedia sucks. I booked flights, hotel and airport transfer with them. Airline canceled my flight and Expedia did not help with rebooking flight, shuttle or hotel. There's no point in using them. I spent about 10 hours calling/emailing everyone. I got a flight for the next day but neither Expedia or hotel would credit or refund the first night. All-inclusive rates are not cheap. I also paid extra on Expedia for the flight so that I could pick seats. When the airline changed my flight, they said I only paid for Economy with no right to choose seats and they didn't receive seat fees so I would have to pay to choose seats. So when you see tiers of Economy on Expedia (Basic Economy, Economy, etc.), know that the airline doesn't have the same categories or recognize the Expedia categories. Otherwise, the resort is good. Very friendly staff, good food, beautiful beach, big pool and clean rooms. Beach has seaweed but staff clean it and it's a minor nuisance. Hotel told us before we arrived that restaurants had dress codes but then they said no when we asked at checked in. No one enforced a dress code. We made dinner reservations once we checked in. We didn't get our first few choices but we still got bookings at a decent dinner hour. Buffet was good for breakfast and lunch but not for dinner. We tried Mexican, Italian and Argentinian for dinner and all were good. The rooms didn't have a door separating the bathroom and no teens club.

Really great staff! Beautiful resort and plenty of amenities.
