Property nice, rooms nice, entertainment needed work, some nights the entertainment was boring. Towels in room should be repleced, they looked like they had been washed a thousand times. Maids who made up the room work was inconsistent. Sometimes they did a good job and sometimes they didn't. Sometimes they didn't leave enough towels.

Riu cancun offers great accommodations for a short stay in Cancun. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the activities offered at the hotel as well as the food & beverages from Miramar restaurant. The beach is clean and kept in good condition for its guests.

The resort section…lobby and dining areas were excellent. The rooms however were very outdated and in desperate need of upgrades. Also the TV was very small with poor picture and sound quality. There was little to no English language on most or all TV channels. The walls are extremely thin, we could hear the other guests talking in the next room.
