"Lovely hotel with excellent facilities on the sea front. 10 minutes walk along the seafront to a collection of bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk into town where there are a few restaurants, shops and bars. The only disappointing part was we could never seem to get a pot of tea at breakfast. We always had to ask several times and if and when it did come it was always Luke warm. Apart from that our stay was excellent and we would return again."

"A very enjoyable week in Chania and the Sansal Boutique hotel. Hotel is about 3 minutes walk from the old town waterfront so is ideally located. Some parking is available at the hotel but probably not enough spaces if every guest has a car but there was only one night we couldn’t get a space and there is plenty of free street parking around the hotel. Very friendly staff, in particular Anna Maria on reception and Kostas and Zoe serving breakfast. Hotel has a pool on the roof - probably not...

"Beautiful, modern hotel in Oia! We liked the location as it was a short walk into town, but away from the crowds in Oia when cruise ships came in. Stunning views from the property and the pool is awesome. Rooms are a bit small but I would guess quite a bit bigger than the cave hotels in town, and the property overall is spacious. Overall service was great. Cleaning was good but not great for 5 stars. Some odd things like the outdoor areas could have been cleaner, room ran out of shower gel /...

"This review is actually for Katikies Santorini in Oia where we were switched to by the Katikies group because of some unfinished renovations at the Chromata hotel. Because of the change our room was upgraded to Superior accommodation free of charge!
