"Beautiful hotel located midway between Heraklion and Chania. Loved the beach and restaurant. Our room was amazing with our own pool and fireplace in our private outdoor area. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Loved Rethymno's old town which was a short cab drive away. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Customer service is impeccable! Lovely guy sorted it all for us and even let us use hotel pool after checkout as flight so late. Please book this is a fabulous villa, great pool, can walk to restaurants and a little “strip”. We hired a car for beaches and trips but loads of scooter hire places too. No loud nightlife, go to Paradise Cafe for excellent service and great prices greek food. "

"Panayiota was the perfect host, the property was spotless and well equipped. She graciously upgraded our room for one with jacuzzi because it was too cool to use the pool. There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge & complimentary breakfast delivered to our room every morning. She also provided lots of useful information on places to visit/ restaurants etc. Our first time visiting the Greek islands and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at the 9 muses. Our suite was very pretty, the staff was friendly, and the food was very good. The only downside is that the hotel is pretty isolated, and it can take a lot of time for cabs to arrive... would rent a car if staying at this hotel!"

"This is a very chic and new resort with all the amenities one would expect on holiday. The staff was super friendly. It is on it's own but an easy walk (if you don't mind the absence of sidewalks) to local markets and restaurants. transfers are quick and easy. I will be back"

"Fantastic hotel with an amazing breakfast every morning. Staff was extremely prepared, attentive, and punctual. The only issue we had was that we scheduled a private transfer. Our flight was extremely delayed and we had no way to contact the property to advise until after our flight landed in Athens. They said no problem and they would send a second transfer when our flight arrived in Santorini. They failed to mention that they would charge us twice and we ended up paying $120 to get from...

"Great location for unforgettable sunsets. Walk to Oia can be tough in the summer months, but it's probably a must if you're in Santorini. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the hotel staff will help you get around as needed. Great food, the breakfasts are massive and delicious. Only drawbacks were that the jacuzzi didn't get hot enough and there is no shade on the balcony or anywhere else in the hotel, unless you are inside your room "
