"This is a beautiful hotel. But if you’re not into stairs this hotel is not for you! The reception is street level but that’s it. Everywhere else requires stairs to get to! But the views are well worth it! There is a shuttle running a few times a day into/from Fira which is convenient. It is only about a half hour walk though into town if you prefer. There is a convenience store across the street. The hotel smells like a spa! "

We loved everything- our room, the view, the staff, pool, beach, breakfast, food from their four restos we tried out. I will definitely come back. I actually wished I didn’t have to leave. "Very nice place. Excellent breakfast, and very helpful staff. Located right on the edge of Old Heraklion, so it's easy to walk there. Just a 10 minute walk to the port, so if you are arriving or departing by ferry, you won't need a taxi. If you are arriving by car, just push the button at the entrance, and they will raise the arm for you."

"The best hotel experience I’ve ever had. My fiancé and I were welcomed with juice upon arrival and our room was ready early. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and it was serviced every day, they even folded my pajamas. The breakfast buffet was amazing and there were so many options it was overwhelming. The hotel is very close to the beach and a lot of restaurants. "
