“We loved our stay at Johanna’s Kelafas home. The home was very private, beautifully decorated with many personal touches and everything needed for our stay. The grounds are beautiful, flowers, herbs, fruit trees! We especially enjoyed the fresh grate fruit! Great place to enjoy day trips to the beach, rural villages for an authentic Greek experience and restaurants in the area. Johanna was lovely and very responsive with recommendations to the area. Don’t hesitate to book her place!”

“Wir hatten eine wunderbare und erholsame Zeit in dieser tollen und ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön, die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und auch sonst hat uns nichts gefehlt. Ein toller Ort um den Nordwesten Kretas zu erkunden. Der Empfang von Michalis (Liebe Grüße) war sehr herzlich und der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin Maria lief schnell ukd reibungslos. “We had a wonderful week in the Goatshed. Fida and Chris are warm and generous hosts, and the accommodation is charming and full of character. Comfy bed, great shower, excellent cooking facilities. The terrace is a fabulous spot to linger at any time of the day. Koroni and the wider Messinia area are simply magical. Highly recommended.”

“Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas! La casa es muy amplia y cómoda. El jardin es precioso, lleno de flores y tambien muy espacioso y con mucha privacidad. La casa está en el pueblo asique hay un montón de tiendas para comprar comida, restaurantes, etc. La playa está tambien muy cerca, todo se puede hacer andando. Con un coche se puede visitar la isla, una isla realmente bonita y suave. Los duenos de la casa han sido encandores y nos han hecho sentir como en familia. Mil gracias Spiros!……

“Unsere Erwartung, Vorstellungen wurden leider nicht erfüllt. Wir wollten 14 Tage verweilen, sind aber leider vorzeitig umgezogen in eine andere Unterkunft. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist herrlich. Die Unterkunft für einfache Ansprüche und für 2 Personen ist ok. Wir hatten leider extreme Rückenschmerzen nach einigen Nächten auf dem Bett. Leider war auch die angrenzende Terrasse nicht zu nutzen, insgesamt ungepflegt und die Kissen und Auflagen schimmelig. Wir hätten uns auch gewünscht, dass mit……

“Our stay in Spilia was perfect start to finish - Manos was brilliant and on hand for anything we needed throughout (& kept us very well fed!) His booklet full of recommendations was really useful as well, we did/saw/ate lots that we wouldn’t have known about without it. The photos don’t do the villa justice, it’s very private and the flowers and bell tower and mountains in the distance make the most beautiful peaceful surroundings. The pool was wonderful, big enough for a proper swim - we also……

“This little maisonette was beautiful. Beautiful views, beautiful stone masonry, idealistic setting in the mountains, and a stones throw from local ruins. It has big windows that allow for fantastic sunrise and sunset views of the valley and Mountains. The host is excellent. A very nice relaxing place to stay.”
