"At first I couldn’t seem to communicate with the property manager but once we got in communication he helped.me. I enjoyed the casita but the furniture was a little worn. It is a great area. I have friends that stay there. I was very satisfied to be there and would rent it again."

"Shelley's place was everything we hoped for. It was off the beaten path, away from tourist traffic and activities, but close enough to access the beaches and unique villages in the area. "The place is striking and the rooms look as they did online. The air conditioning worked well. Occasionally the water stopped, only for about a minute but when you are showering…The kitchen is very pretty and has a great stove but only one small pan, one small pot, nothing with covers for cooking (perhaps the usual crowd eats out all the time?). Perfect for 3 days, one of which we spent out. Good wi-fi. "

"The house is exactly what we needed, everything was there and worked correctly. Very quick access to cinotes, and Chemuyil which had fantastic food. Every night at 8 o’clock A gentleman came by selling sweet bread that was freshly baked having breakfast in the backyard every morning was fabulous. "2 weeks in this quiet home not far from a sweet Mexican town, cenotes, and beaches. The owners were easy to communicate with, and Manuela (the manager) met us. She was just a phone call away if you need anything. There’s also an incredible chef, Adela a 5 minute walk from Villa Kuxtah. "We had a great stay. Everything was fantastic, staff was excellent, a ton of dining options. The only comments I have is that I wish they allowed people to sign out bicycles, more than just the guided tour they give. Also, it was difficult to get into some restaurants becuase they were booked, but each restaurant we went to had a lot of open tables, so they could easily accommodate more people on an hour than what they allow. Also, half of the shows they charged additional, and at an all inclusive resort they should be included. But otherwise we loved it and would definitely go back. "
