"Beautiful beachfront location. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room is big and bed is comfortable . The cleaning staff was very helpful. The breakfast had plenty of choices and all of it was delicious. There is a small convenience store about a 2 min walk from the hotel. They do not sell alcohol, just an FYI . There are different restaurants near by inside the hotels which are open to the public. If you are wanting to go into town I suggest you rent a car or a taxi. There is a Cenote about a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel location was clean and very quiet at night. Everyone at the hotel provided excellent customer service. "

"The location is right on the beach and it's secluded from all the noises and parties from a block away. My cabin was by the pool overlooking the ocean. In May, the weather can get to 95-100 deg so having ocean breeze helps. The room is very spacious. The only drawback is you can only turn on a/c from 8pm-8am. I would definitely come back."

"Todo estuvo excelente, es un muy buen lugar, si bien nosotros estuvimos porque hicimos ahí la pedida de mano (con un proveedor externo) y eso hace que la atención esté por arriba del promedio, el lugar es muy bueno, tiene todo, el pan del desayuno es delicioso, la atención se todo el personal es excelente, la playa es tranquila (porque Tulum), así que sí, muy bueno todo, súper recomendado. "The only complaint I have is the mosquito problems they seem not to pay any attention to it. Beautiful place but is kind of hard to enjoy when you have 10 mosquito bites on your body constantly. 7/10"
