"We had an amazing stay at Milam. From the moment we pulled up in our taxi to then seeing the property and then our room - our jaws dropped over and over again. It's a little far away from the hotel zone and downtown, but that's what we wanted. Peace and relaxation. And a special thank you to Ara and Eugene (the hotels concierge) - for being so kind and helping us with practically everything hah. They found us taxi's, offered recommendations and overall were so kind and considerate. Also - special shout out to Paolo from the restaurant and pool server. She was so kind, so lovely and made me never want to leave the pool. Overall I would highly recommend Milam!"

"This resort is superb!!! We got married at the resort and spent the rest of the week on site. There are enough food and beverages so that you never have to leave property. So many pools we did not even make it to all of them. There is plenty of stuff so that you never want or need for anything. "

"Loved the resort, the staff, and the vibe. The only reason I might think twice before I book my next trip there is the restaurants on the resort. Although, the food was very good, the prices are outrageous. Everything is very overpriced. I paid $125 USD for a small piece of steak! And a $100 USD for one fish. "

"I can’t say enough about this property . Not only do they go above and belong for you, but they are super kind and sweet . Check-in is a breeze and staff is always willing to help. The location is perfect! It’s on the beach/ hotel zone so it’s in the middle of all of the popular beach club/ restaurants in hotel zonerela and also, it’s only 20 mins from down town so proximity is good. The airport is about 50 mins away ( TQO) but it’s still pretty good. Only downfall is the limited menus/ pricy items on the menu, but that’s standard in the hotel zone ( this area is known for over priced food and drinks, as most of Tulum is) . The grounds 10/10. You don’t have to waste your time and money going to the other beach clubs it’s the same thing but this hotel is better as it has its own Cenote . Free parking is a plus. The room was SPOTLESS and spacious. The pictures do not give it enough credit and the bed is extremely comfortable. I will be staying here again my next time in Tulum. "
