"I really enjoyed my stay here. It was almost perfect apart from the AC being a bit too weak and the water quality and tempreture regulation not being great. But it really did not cause much of an issue. I was able to enjoy a quiet room that was very beautiful and clean. I am so happy with my choice"

"We love the property ... coffee place is great ! Breakfast is the best meal in the hotel . We found there is nothing healthy to eat for lunch only fries chicken fingers and burgers....Dinner restaurants where not 5 star hotel . We fiumd we had hard time finding something we like also we would get sick almost after every dinner. "

I requested to have mango from room service and it was delivered and the same evening chef from room service another plate of cut mango since i liked mangoes!! Loved the gesture. Food excellent and loved the portion control since its all inclusive it allowed us to try something different at each meal time. Coffee shop was great with tons of snack options as well as ice...

"My wife and I were there for our 28th anniversary. Overall we an amazing time. The check-in process was slow as we arrived when many other guests did and only 2 attendees were working so this took a while. Once checked in we realized that the restaurants required reservations which are done through their app, however they were all full for the 4 nights we were there. "The Hilton is close to everything in Playa del Carmen but they somehow keep the craziness and peddlers of 5th avenue away. The hotel itself is clean and luxurious. The staff is amazingly friendly and are quick to offer an ola and smile every time you see them. The beach is unfortunately eroding away and very rocky. Hilton is one of the few resorts to clean off the seaweed each day - so that was appreciated. The multiple restaurants on site offer a good mix of options and the buffets were always...
