"I wanted ocean view and that's what i expected when booked. I was given a room without a ocean view. "

"The way to get to the place is dirt, you have to be very cautious and slow. They did not respect the reservation of a double room and they gave me a single, they commented that they had problems with Expedia / Oyo, which I do not agree with being the one affected and even so they did not offer any refund for changing rooms or a note of having paid in the place (they only accept cash and they wanted to charge me more than the reservation). The place in general needs cleaning in the common areas...

"I've been to Encuentro Guadalupe twice and I just love the calmness and chill environment. Definitely not a party resort, it's a place to unwind, disconnect and relax. It has a breathtaking views of Valle from the different rooms. "
