The music does not shut off till 5am in the morning. You can hear everything, from people taking, walking, the noise from the pool. If you are looking for relaxation this is not the place

The pictures on Expedia really fool you the rooms look nothing like the pictures. And as soon as you walk in the lobby you think it’s a really nice place of how the lobby looks but I nothing like it. The floors in the room where dirty and stained the tv stand is peeled! The windows look like they are falling apart. Didn’t feel clean and comfortable in there.

The room was super dusty and ended up with really bad allergies. I’m not sure if all rooms are being disinfected after each guest checks out,not only that but also the complementary breakfast was really bad service I waited 45 minutes to get a table, 20 minutes for the waiter to eventually come to my table to take my order in top of that I waited about 1 hour to get my food that was the worse service ever I got. Since I had 2 more breakfast vouchers I ended up ripping vouchers because I would rather have breakfast somewhere else. I don’t think I will be staying in this hotel next time I travel to Rosarito.

Well, let me just preface this review with the staff. The staff was extremely friendly. The location is amazing; right smack dab in the middle of downtown Rosarito. Now, here are my issues. Although the hotel states that it is welcoming to family, friends and couples, I would say that this place is only good for people who want to party all night long. It was clear in the hotel contract that there will be noise from the surrounding bars and club 24 hours a day. I had to acknowledge and sign this. I asked for the quietest room possible, but nothing can muffle the extreme noise from the discos and occasional cannon blasts or whatever type of pyrotechnics are going on. Like I said, this is no fault of the hotel. The room was dated, but clean. There was a lot of noise coming from my front door from one club. Then in the back at my window, there was a ton of noise from the other clubs. It just became too much for me and my teenage son that we decided cut bait. We packed up and drove back home around 8:30 pm. The silver lining is that the border crossing at San Ysidro (on a Saturday night) was only an hour wait. In the future, no more stays in the downtown Rosarito area for me!

They gave me a room in the 3rd floor looked like a trap hotel it was nasty there was cigarette burns on the bedsheet that curtains were falling off. The toilet seat was broken. I was not going to stay there with my two kids .

I liked that it was right by the freeway, that it's close to many bars and restaurants, and that we are given a breakfast voucher to use at a restaurant next door. The wait at the restaurant, however, was way too long and the customer service there was not good. I was waited by the podium to get my name on the waiting list for about 5 minutes. When a worker finally walked towards me, she proceeded to help a lady that was standing in line behind me and didn't even acknowledge me until I said something. We waited 30 min then ate elsewhere. The rooms Do Not have AC, and you can hear everything throught the walls, door, and windows, and you are not able to check in until 3pm. They blast super loud music till about 2-3 in the morning at a courtyard directly behind all the rooms. We had a hard time sleeping. While waiting in line to check out, I overheard a guest telling the front desk employee that he was charged for 2 nights instead of 1. The frontdesk employee told him that he was going to have to call his bank to take care of that because he was not able to issue refunds. I will not be returning to this hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel before and they havent disappointed me yet. Friendly staff, attentive to our needs and requests, with smiles, great attitude and willingness to assist. They informed me in advance of the noise level due to surrounding clubs, which I was fine with because that is why I wanted to stay there and because it doesnt affect my sleep, in the least. The food at the El Patio.. where breakfast is provided by hotel was delicious, even for the pickiest eaters! I will absolutely recommend and stay here anytime I come to Rosarito
