"This property was a charm to stay 5 nights in. The host is incredibly responsive and kind; answering all my questions upon arriving to the property and during my stay. The location is excellent for walking to the close shops and restaurants as well the convenience to the freeways to go into the city, beaches or south bay. The property is very clean and nicely appointed with a lot of away from home comforts. I would come back again for sure!"

"Nice property, just what is needed if you are just using to sleep and shower, which is all we needed it for. Communication with owner was quick and easy. Had some confusion about the listing but it was all taken care of. There is no ocean view or hot tub lol. Previous reviews are correct in that it is a unit made from a garage. So basically two rooms, bathroom and everything else. Overall, good location, about 20-30 minutes from the sites in San Fran."

"I really liked Carol based on our “pre-arrival” conversations but, -Her house is basically abondoned; -Hence, upon arrival we spent all night cleaning the top to bottom; mopping, etc -Had to call the police because a lady entered the house Sunday morning at 9am without a knock or introduction then ran out through the front door; -Cob webs galore; -Beds where made up with feces and hair from others we literally had to strip every bed; JUST NASTY; unacceptable; -Washers and dryers took forever to...
