"It was very clean and quiet. I was surprised because I thought we would hear the planes at night but I slept great. Good soundproofing-could not hear other guests. Property managers were nice and even carried our luggage upstairs. There is no elevator and we were on top floor 48 steps but it was not too difficult. Just be aware if you cannot do stairs. Good security. Very close to Balboa park. When we got there, it took a while for a/c to come on but then it worked fine."

"Property has a great location. The place made for a good stay. The bed in the bedroom alone droops in the middle bad like a taco, but the bedding was clean and we slept alright, just woke up smooshed to each other. There was sand all over the coffee table and floor, but maybe that's to be expected that close to the beach.
