"Spent a very pleasant Saturday in this nice little getaway recently. Due to it being on a lower level than the main house, there is a nice level of. privacy. A very nice four-person jacuzzi and a comfortable studio apartment-like space were the highlights; the only drawbacks were a tiny bathroom (for two people) and the backyard could have been cleaned of fallen foliage (which, due to the location, must be a chore). Overall, a 4.5 star stay in the mountains."

"I had a hard tine finding the property and should have called immediately because Maggie would have saved me. I also couldn't figure out the lock box but she helped me on that too. Otherwise the place was just like the photos, one block from the Convention center where my meetings were being held."

"This cabin was wonderful and the host was just awesome. We were there to go Skiing at the Summit and it was just perfect. A short walk to the resort. A Ski rental is right next door. "The unit is small but welcoming and has great conveniences. We were only there to sleep and have breakfast so the small quarters was not a problem. There is limited space for suitcases and toiletry bags. Secure and quiet on a nice residential street."

"My kids (3rd and 5th graders) enjoyed this nice quiet little ADU in Riverside. It was very close to the Canyon Crest Towne Center where there’s a Ralph’s grocery store, RiteAid and restaurants. It’d be a great place to stay if you’re parents of an undergrad attending UCR, as the campus is very close. If you’re staying more than one night, definitely make a stop at a grocery store before checking in (Grocery Outlet or Food4Less, on Chicago Ave, the aforementioned Ralph’s, or Trader Joe’s, off...

"We loved the location. The unit had holes on the ceiling in the shower and in one of the bedrooms. They were covered, but they still scared my daughter, and were quite unsightly. We are a family of four that stayed for three nights. Only four bath towels were provided, and one wash cloth. At least a second set would have helped. Also, no floor coverings/bath mats in the bathroom and with two kids water gets everywhere. There was a discrepancy for check out time between the email (11am) provided...

"The house appeared to have not been cleaned at all. There was hair in all of the showers and bathrooms. Floors were filthy. Lights didn’t work. It was a mess!"

"Everything was really great, about the cleanest place we’ve ever been at. House looks very modern our favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the backyard. Backyard=OUTSTANDING!! However it did have its cons. In the living room the curtains were stained red (not to sure what it might be) on the roof in the living room there’s a huge water leak, it runs near the tv. Over all a 8/10"

"Great stay with a priceless lakeside location. They had activities at the hotel and were close to town for any necessities or things to do. The room was very clean and staff was friendly. Only issue with my stay was that there was a large light out in the bathroom and the smoke detector was missing the cover. However, I'd definitely stay again."
