"Beautiful loft and wonderful place to celebrate the holidays. We enjoyed the holiday decorations throughout the loft, including a Christmas tree! "It's a nice old flat. The unit is the end apt. in like a 6 apt. house and edges on the street and an alley that is like a street. So, for privacy, I'd keep the curtains closed and didn't get the wonderful light in the picture. You get a parking pass for the street, but parking can be challenging so give yourself extra time. The kitchen was big and well equipped; it's great to have a washer and dryer, but the dryer is very noisy so don't plan on going to sleep with it running."

"Great location! Everything is in such close proximity to the loft:) we stayed specifically for the Kings games at golden 1 center. We didn’t even rent a car. Short Uber rides everywhere. The DOCO has a lot to offer but I was pleased with the places walking distance from the loft. The temple for coffee. Cantina alley is fun and “The Sandwich Spot” always hits the spot. Definitely recommend"

"I relaxed in this studio all weekend. It was great. Grocery stores are close. Close to Folsom lake."

The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville."

"Very nice house near Watt avenue, but surprisingly peaceful and quiet being that it's close to a busy area. The back yard is fabulous and great for grilling and relaxing outside. Will definitely be back next time we're in Sacramento."
