"This was a very lovely property, floor to ceiling windows overlooking beautiful trees. Interior was as described, and very comfortable. The home was very well appointed, with high quality bedding and towels, kitchen supplies and Smart TVs and Amazon Alexa for music. "We have been a lots of places and a lots of rentals but the experience we had at the property was nothing compares with other ones. The property owner Sam was the one of the best people l ever meet very friendly polite and kind I’m looking forward to go back because to many things we could do because of the rain. "This property was in a fantastic location for our needs. We had 8 guests using this home. More kitchen utensils, especially drinking cups or glasses would have been helpful. There were plenty of towels, but no washcloths. As sleep is very important, the mattresses were very comfortable. My only real concern was that upon entering the home, the door lock runs on battery and we kept getting a warning when we opened the door that the battery was almost dead and to replace it soon. "The size of the house was perfect for our group, comfortably accommodating four families. As were the thoughtful touches like the coffee and candy awaiting us. Despite my initial confusion about the entrance, the prompt assistance over the phone made our arrival smooth & hassle-free. While we encountered a few minor maintenance issues such as grease dripping from the stove when on and a leaky cracked sink, they did not detract significantly from our overall enjoyment of the house. "Overall we had a great time here! The area is beautiful and the location is great. We loved being able to grill on the deck and use hot tub. Getting in and out of the driveway is tough without a high rise vehicle and we scraped the bottom of the car several times. The mattress caves in on both sides but is otherwise fine. It is important to note that the shower is extremely small and larger individuals may have a difficult time utilizing it."

"Nice, cozy apartment. New and upgraded space with working appliances. It wasn’t as clean as I’d expect of a short term rental space. The host was nice. Little more communication ahead of time would’ve gone a long way, as the apartment is located in a gated community and we didn’t receive the code ahead of time. "Everything was really great, about the cleanest place we’ve ever been at. House looks very modern our favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the backyard. Backyard=OUTSTANDING!! However it did have its cons. In the living room the curtains were stained red (not to sure what it might be) on the roof in the living room there’s a huge water leak, it runs near the tv.
