"This property was absolutely stunning and probably one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. Hector, Claudia, and the whole team is incredible. We felt so welcomed, and they always went above & beyond. The food was delicious, authentic Puerto Rican food, and they even provided substitutes for those of us with dietary restrictions. "As soon as I booked the property I sent a note to the property manager with a few questions about check in and the property. I called and texted a few more times until the day of our trip where I sent a panic text. I finally got a response about check in and that process was okay. One of the texts I sent, I had asked about towels. No response. Come to find out that the apartment only provided 2 bath bowels. No wash cloth, no hand towel, no kitchen towel, no paper towels. Nothing else. 1 towel...

"I didnt stay. Diffferent address and location. Didn't feel safe as a single mother of two. Not what I paid for or what was on the listing. I requested a refund and they refused. I stayed at a hotel instead. It was very shady. Dont recommend!"
