"The place was clean, beds comfy, ac worked great. Only one bath which would have been ok.. but the shower had no hot water and the drain was not sufficient in that shower water got on the floor. There is no private seating area…it’s out on the common area.. and the place was very quiet .. except when it was not with outside partiers coming in at night.. but that’s to be expected in the heart of a vibrant city! . If the bathroom was improved I would stay there again."

"This unit was everything that it advertised. While it is tight in a few areas such as the bathroom, it was very clean. The air conditioning was able to keep up with the heat and humidity from outside - it actually got chilly and had to be turned down. We did not prepare any meals during our stay, but there was an adequate supply of pans and utensils to do so. The king sized bed was quite comfortable and had plenty of pillows. "This was a great home base for our trip to San Juan! The three of us had plenty of room and we really appreciated the amenities: well supplied kitchen and laundry. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the guest services team was always right on top of things - really great communication. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the beach. "The host was great. They added little home necessities that were very important because I traveled with children. The beds were Super comfy and the place was spacious. The water was warm and the cable worked great. Although I was a little concerned for the simple lock it was a safe quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. "
