"I am giving this property 5 stars simply because of the view and the quick responses from the host. There were some pros and cons about the stay, but the pros outweigh the cons and some of the cons have to do with the property itself. The biggest pro was the view of the ocean. We had plenty of room for the two of us in the condo which had good blankets and plenty of pillows for us. The beach was great and the umbrella and chair rentals right on the beach in front were very reasonably priced....

"This stay is an amazing experience. We would definitely book again. Super accommodating and responsive host. Rosa is very friendly! Only steps away from the beach and restaurants/bars. There’s a supermarket on the corner to get groceries from as well. There’s a café in the lower level of the hotel that we got to enjoy, as well as super friendly and attentive staff in the building. Ubers were extremely affordable but cars are definitely not required for this stay. We had a wonderful time staying...

"My sis, kids, and I spent a week in PR. Sandra was fantastic - very responsive and gave us a list of things to do/ places to eat. The beds were comfy and her place was very cute. The plane noise did t bother us at all. The only noise that was a bit loud was from the cars going by outside, some with music blasting which made it sound like it was in the room with you. "The host is very easy to communicate with. I was having some problems finding the key upon my arrival. The host was very patient to direct me to right place to get the key. The only 2 issues with the property are: the flush doesn't work very well; the shower water is not hot enough. She is also informed and said would have someone came over to fix."
