"When booking this trip (our first to Puerto Rico) we were told that parking was available just a couple of blocks away and it wouldn’t be a problem to drop off our luggage at the building entrance and park in a nearby, inexpensive parking garage. It wasn’t too far away (about 3 blocks) but with the one way streets, it was challenging to find and it was $25 a day. We also weren’t warned about the apparent “NO EARLY ARRIVAL” policy. We arrived about 35 minutes earlier than the 4:00 check-in...

"It was a late last minute needing a place for the night. They were very nice to answer all our questions and concern. The place was absolutely very homie. We wish we had enough time to enjoy the place. We definitely come back . "

"Loved my stay. Perfect location. I walked all over OSJ and at night I could walk right next door to La Factoria for a drink and dancing! As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe the entire time!"

"Perfect location! Convenient to walk around the old town, close to everything in that area. Perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay. The host was super clear with instructions. The only thing is that parking is hard to find during the day. So you have to plan that ahead or accommodate your daily plans taking that into account."

"Overall it was a pretty good place, within walking distance of the event, restaurants and beaches. The place is clean and spacious. The only negative I have is there was no washer or dryer and the sink in the main hallway leaking. We had to put a bowl under to catch the water. Other than that, it was great."
