"We had THE BEST time staying at Ritz Carlton Miami. The staff there was most definitely the reason for our comfortable stay. The views are amazing and so is the restaurant downstairs. Access to pool and beach made the kids and us really happy as we could go there easily. Again, the staff here is absolutely amazing and a reason for us to return next year. "

"Check-in started off with not getting the room I reserved. My family and I ended up having to split up and stay in separate rooms. We were initially given adjoining rooms but the adjoining room had someone in it when we went to open the door. That customer was not happy. We ended up with another room down the hallway. "very good place, quiet, safe, everything very clean, and very good guest service. One observation, in the room where I stayed, the curtains were not blocking the light at dawn, it entered the room above and below the curtains, but this is not a problem. (I like the room very dark)"

"The stay in the hotel was really nice, the only poor thing is a breakfast but can not blame the hotel, breakfasts are terrible in every hotel in America so it seems it’s normal. Not very far from the beach, around 10 min walks through the bridge."
