I don’t know Where do I begin with this hotel.I should had read the reviews. Like the rest of the reviews say please don’t waste your money at Moxy hotel. The rooms are super small and if you suffer from claustrophobia please do not go there unless you want to stay awake all night gasping for air. Windows do not open, I paid for an ocean view, I got a bunch of ugly buildings.Rooms have no refrigerator.If you are more then one person in a room you will wake up if another uses the bathroom from not having air.The air in those rooms don’t circulate. The rooms smell very bad once you lower the AC. Everything you see on those pictures is photoshopped. Front desk receptionist and managers are very rude and they don’t care to listen to your concerns. Hotel charges $30 a day says the chairs at the beach its theirs but once you go to the beach they will tell you pay another $22 for an umbrella. Like what? Also even if you have a room with 4 guests they will only give you 2 chairs the rest you have to pay $20 each. I’m surprised they din’t tell me pay for the sand as well or else the chair will be in the air. Also be prepared to see a guy who has mental problems and won’t stop screaming at the beach but they refuse to go tell him to move further from the chairs and umbrellas that you just paid for.Restaurants again photoshopped. Serena in reality looks like in the middle of a jungle. All the places they had were over priced and you will walk out unsatisfied.False advertisement! Waste

I enjoyed my stay here. Trendy decor and great amenities. Staff was great as well. We used their second floor pool and it was a nice size with a great sunset. We also used their bikes and rode it along the beach. It was a great experience. The 2 beach chairs offered per room was also a nice perk. Sure the rooms are tight. But we anticipated it after reading some reviews. You just need to keep things tidy and utilize all the nooks and crannies. That's the only negative about this hotel. My family had a great stay in this hotel.

Very nice outside spaces, pool and outdoor restaurant. we knew the room would be small but there should have been drawers for clothes. And there should be a coffee machine in the room. Staff was very friendly. Free bikes and location were great.

The staff was great. I got there early and when I went up to leave my bags to grab lunch the young lady at the front desk had the cleaning crew get my room ready early while I waited she pointed me the roof top, Serena the restaurant and pool area.My stay was great all the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but you don't stay in them long because the hotel has alot for you to do and the area is walking distance to shopping eating and the beach.
