The hotel was really nice and clean. Beach service was great. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was great. Only thing is - it is pretty far from Miami Beach itself but perfect if you are looking to be away from all the action.

The property maintenance needs improvement this hotel was very nice now the waterfalls at the pool area not working. One of the elevators wasn’t working so we had to use the stairs we were at the 7th floor

this was my worst experience, the room was not very clean, it was not convenient to go to the beach, there were never seats in the pool, but most importantly, I waited for the elevator for 20-30 minutes to go down, that was a surprise.
