"We had THE BEST time staying at Ritz Carlton Miami. The staff there was most definitely the reason for our comfortable stay. The views are amazing and so is the restaurant downstairs. Access to pool and beach made the kids and us really happy as we could go there easily. Again, the staff here is absolutely amazing and a reason for us to return next year. "

"Check-in started off with not getting the room I reserved. My family and I ended up having to split up and stay in separate rooms. We were initially given adjoining rooms but the adjoining room had someone in it when we went to open the door. That customer was not happy. We ended up with another room down the hallway. "It was a quick two night stay, the property was easily accessible, quick and seamless check in, parking was easy and the room was very clean! The beach was just a short walk and they had chairs, umbrellas and towels available! The young men at the beach set everything up they were courteous and very helpful! Other than the windows in the unit being very dirty everything else was great!"

"The stay in the hotel was really nice, the only poor thing is a breakfast but can not blame the hotel, breakfasts are terrible in every hotel in America so it seems it’s normal. Not very far from the beach, around 10 min walks through the bridge."
