The grounds itself has plenty to do from tennis/pickleball, 2 hot tubs, 3 pools (one indoor), playgrounds, etc. It also has direct beach access and is walkable to a few shops, even to the boardwalk if you don't mind walking a bit. We walked to the circle in the morning to get coffee and a walk on the beach. The property does have some age and little things showed the age, but it was very clean. My only complaint is that the room...

"I requested bath towels and 2 days later they still had not been delivered. The front desk clerk on duty advised me upon my request that I should ask for towels by 8 am. It was noon. The room was very damp so towels were not drying well. This is not a complaint against housekeeping."
