“Nicely renovated guest house. Furniture was comfortable.Nothing fancy but quite adequate for our stay. Owner was accessible and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Close to everything and in a quiet spot”

“During our stay, we found 3 nails sticking up in the normal foot path (on the steps), 4 cockroaches, several cracks in the walls, and places in the floor that were so unlevel they didn't feel safe. We understand that this is an older house and, for the area, cockroaches aren't unusual, but we definitely canNOT recommend this house for families, especially young families.”

“We came down to Morehead to fish. we had enough room and the boat was not as far as other times we came down to fish and for the annual festival.”

“We enjoyed a low key neighborhood, bike riding around town, playing games and streaming movies. We all slept well and had plenty of space! Thank you for great views and a great stay!”

“We stayed for Memorial Day weekend and really liked this property. The grounds itself has plenty to do from tennis/pickleball, 2 hot tubs, 3 pools (one indoor), playgrounds, etc. It also has direct beach access and is walkable to a few shops, even to the boardwalk if you don't mind walking a bit. We walked to the circle in the morning to get coffee and a walk on the beach. The property does have some age and little things showed the age, but it was very clean. My only complaint is that the room……

“When we arrived, there was maintenance crew working on the home so we could not enter originally, then we found out they were spraying the mold thats in the master bedroom closet. The maintenance crew was confused they thought we were coming the next day. The smell was absolutely disgusting and gave us a headache all weekend. The only thing decent about the play was the location, very close to the beach access point since it’s across the street. Location 8/10. House 1/10.”

“Very comfortable, cozy studio. Everything you would need for a weekend or week or more stay. Beautiful views from the second floor balcony and literally steps to the beach. Quiet and convenient to everything you could need or want. Perfect little get-a-way!”

“Overall the property was good with a great location. However, when we got there at 4 to check in, it was still being cleaned so we had to wait a few minutes. It was no big deal but we were told check in was at 4.”

“We enjoyed the view from the balcony, the proximity to the beach, the town of EI as well as Beaufort. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We knew it was on the third level but would hesitate to repeat the three flight walk up. If one plans to cook bring your own frying pans. The unit was convenient to the pool and ocean walkway. The top bunk is not suitable for very young children due to the low guardrail and steps were tricky to navigate. The unit was comfortable and fine for 2 nights.”
