Loved the binder and all the notes around the cottage that made our vacation even better. The cottage was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be back."

"We have stayed at multiple beachfront locations along the East coast and Emerald Isle quickly became top of my list. The island is quiet and inviting and allowed you to escape the commercialism of some of the bigger areas (Myrtle, OBX). With the more quaint atmosphere you still were able to find fun things to check out and excellent restaurants. The house itself was incredible. The owner communicated quickly and was sure to help out in any way she could. This was probably must thoroughly stocked...

"Wonderful location to the water front. House was clean and accommodating. Seeing the original key to the house added to the houses nostalgia. Great location to visit Shackleford Banks and Cape Lookout. The owners were out of town during our visit but still made sure we enjoyed some shrimp. Shout out to Dace for helping with our questions and his food recommendations while his parents were out of town. Hope to return next year."

"I requested bath towels and 2 days later they still had not been delivered. The front desk clerk on duty advised me upon my request that I should ask for towels by 8 am. It was noon. The room was very damp so towels were not drying well. This is not a complaint against housekeeping."

"We stayed for Memorial Day weekend and really liked this property. The grounds itself has plenty to do from tennis/pickleball, 2 hot tubs, 3 pools (one indoor), playgrounds, etc. It also has direct beach access and is walkable to a few shops, even to the boardwalk if you don't mind walking a bit. We walked to the circle in the morning to get coffee and a walk on the beach. The property does have some age and little things showed the age, but it was very clean. My only complaint is that the room...

"Our stay was good. A lot of people checking in at the same time. Only 1cart to bring items from the car. Was told there was 2. Next day there was still only one. No concerns about it"
