"Beautiful view, great amenities and quiet complex."

"We spent 3 weeks at Kevin’s condo and found the unit was very well equipped with all the kitchen supplies necessary to prepare great meals. In addition, there was a closet full of toys from boogie boards to snorkel gear, chairs and beach towels. The king size bed was comfortable. The view is phenomenal, overlooking the 17th hole at Kona Country Club and out to the Pacific Ocean. Highly recommend this condo."

"Beautiful property in an exclusive neighborhood. House was everything that was advertised. Kitchen was modern with most modern appliances. The house is designed to give all rooms privacy with separation from living area. View of the pool was stunning with sunsets dead center. Pool tiles around steps need to be re finished as some are rough on edges. Pool water was a little cool to some guests. Beach chairs and toys was appreciated . Everyone had a great time"

"The condo is really well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The view from the balcony is exceptional. We loved having the use of the boogie boards for nearby Magic Sands."

"Spacious condo with room for family of 4 to spread out, beautiful view from the lanai, well appointed kitchen, very clean. Our only issue was that the refrigerator ice maker was not working, which was a little inconvenient, but ultimately not a huge problem."

"Overall this property is amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again. Be warned, this is CLOSE to the water (and wave action) so if you are a light sleeper, you may find the waves & ocean sounds to be too loud. We love that, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Our main complaint was with the initial guests above us for the first couple days of our stay. They had an unruly child with them (temper tantrums) and he would stomp and wail and he really made things pretty...

"Multiple areas to hang out for accommodating various activities and lounging. Huge kitchen with basic equipment and plenty of dinnerware and utensils. Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Sunset views from the pool."

"Our family of four (two adults, two teens) LOVED this property! Communication from the beginning was thorough, timely, and friendly. Our host went out of her way to accommodate our check-in, making our vacation smooth and easy right from the beginning. We loved the location of the unit - literally steps from the pool and tennis courts! The pool was big and deep, which can be hard to find in Kona. The tennis courts were very well maintained and the resident professional provided lessons/drills...
