“We spent 3 weeks at Kevin’s condo and found the unit was very well equipped with all the kitchen supplies necessary to prepare great meals. In addition, there was a closet full of toys from boogie boards to snorkel gear, chairs and beach towels. The king size bed was comfortable. The view is phenomenal, overlooking the 17th hole at Kona Country Club and out to the Pacific Ocean. Highly recommend this condo.”

“Our family of four (two adults, two teens) LOVED this property! Communication from the beginning was thorough, timely, and friendly. Our host went out of her way to accommodate our check-in, making our vacation smooth and easy right from the beginning. We loved the location of the unit - literally steps from the pool and tennis courts! The pool was big and deep, which can be hard to find in Kona. The tennis courts were very well maintained and the resident professional provided lessons/drills……

“This was a great property. The grounds and condo were beautiful. Small amount of beach stuff to use. Washer and dryer came in handy. It would have been nice to have some tupperware or foil in the kitchen. The walls are thin and we could hear every step made upstairs. There is a nice quiet bay within walking distance. ”
