"The room was above average. We still had a good time. Right when we stepped out of the elevator to our floor level…the carpet was stained in couple of spots. For a luxury hotel, I just expect a little better presentation to continue from the grand lobby to the floor levels. The furniture were way too big for the small room. "Excellent location, good service, overall very clean and beds were comfortable. Only issue was with the TV channel selection - very limited choices as they were trying a new system. Room was close to elevator and a bit noisy but otherwise it was an excellent stay. The restaurant was very good with beautiful view of harbour. "

"For an older hotel it was nice. The one draw back was no a/c. However we had a tower fan in the room and opened the window. It was fun to watch the activity down below.. Location was everything. Such a walkable area. View was amazing. The staff were very friendly and happy to supply information and answer questions.We ate one meal downstairs and it was good."
