"Location, Location, Location! Although its an older hotel, the amenities are great. We had a kitchenette and it was sparse, we did have all we needed for small meals. Staff were great, from front desk, wait staff and turn down service. Breakfast was delicious. Close to all you could want. Will stay again"

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was very clean and it had a great shower. It was about a 20 min walk from downtown which on a spring day worked out fine. "

"Great location within easy walking distance of China town and the wharf. Parking at $25/night was easy in the lot across the street/adjacent to the hotel.
Staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was more spacious than expected and beds very comfortable. Highly recommend and will definitely stay her again if in the area. Also highly recommend John’s Place less than a block away if you like big, down-home breakfasts."
