Room was close to elevator and a bit noisy but otherwise it was an excellent stay. The restaurant was very good with beautiful view of harbour. "

"The room was above average. We still had a good time. Right when we stepped out of the elevator to our floor level…the carpet was stained in couple of spots. For a luxury hotel, I just expect a little better presentation to continue from the grand lobby to the floor levels. The furniture were way too big for the small room. "Great location! Close to everything. If they would RIP out their musty carpets i would give an additional star. The smell permeates everything and is quite a turnoff. "

"For an older hotel it was nice. The one draw back was no a/c. However we had a tower fan in the room and opened the window. It was fun to watch the activity down below.. Location was everything. Such a walkable area. View was amazing. The staff were very friendly and happy to supply information and answer questions.We ate one meal downstairs and it was good."
