"Good about this hotel - Location - Excellent as you are close to the main sights and a tram stop is 2 minute walk away. Facilities/Services - Lift available which was very useful, laundry, breakfast and arranging travel. Service - Most of the receptionist staff spoke English and were very helpful with arranging excursions or anything we needed help with. They almost always had someone at reception too.
