"The hotel had really good views over the sea and the Blue Mosque. It was quiet and everything was in working order. The staff were all very pleasant and the breakfast area was well attended and restocked when items ran out. Only one criticism. We were charged twice for our stay because the receptionist did not believe us when we told him we had already paid. There was some confusion on our part. The manager has assured us that a refund is on its way."

"Beautiful staff, very very helpful. Downside of if this premises that it does not have parking, in a very congested area and no roads parking. However, staff have one parking space for them, they allowed us to use it during our stay, extra thanks to them. Otherwise, it's almost impossible to fund oarking in the area. Best hotel if you're there for fun and wLk atround the area and use public transportation. "

My mother was with a wheelchair, and the hotel does not have access to cars, you need to be dropped off at several feet away and walk up a steep hill. Also, there was a construction in the building next to the hotel and they work overnight, which was not announced on their website, so for 2 nights I had a hard time sleeping. "The hotel was very central in the Sultanahmet area, within a few minutes walking distance to main attractions like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern etc. Also, it was only 2/3 minutes away from the closest tram station which is great. The hotel itself was very pleasant, clean and modern - the staff were very kind and attentive. Great variety for breakfast. Even though it was very central, it was quiet at nights and not too busy outside."
