"Muyan is a small family-run hotel with very helpful staff and excellent breakfast. We stayed at the hotel for six nights. Haci, the owner, greeted us every morning at breakfast offering omelets and Turkish coffee. We were pleasantly surprised to find a demi bottle of local wine with a nice thank-you note when we returned to our room on our last night there. When we checked out to move to another hotel where we were to begin our organized tour package, Haci's sister gave us a ride to the hotel....

"Amazing staff and cozy place to stay. The place is decorated with great art pieces and its clean, comfortable to stay with very beautiful view by the sea. Conveniently located near Sultanahmet and great restaurants. We stay in this place again. Will highly recommend to friends and family."

My mother was with a wheelchair, and the hotel does not have access to cars, you need to be dropped off at several feet away and walk up a steep hill. Also, there was a construction in the building next to the hotel and they work overnight, which was not announced on their website, so for 2 nights I had a hard time sleeping. "everything was good except that it was not easy to find plus it was in the interior and the traffic was horrible. However, it is in walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Haggia Sophia, so if you are athletic, and likes the walks, you will be fine.. I say the staff are tops "
