"Ideally situated in Sultanahmet. Our superior double room wasn’t superior. The drapes over the bed shown in photos were non existent as was the rug shown. We walked barefoot over lifting laminate floor with rough edges. The best part of our stay was the bathroom which had been refurbished and couldn’t be faulted. "Good about this hotel - Location - Excellent as you are close to the main sights and a tram stop is 2 minute walk away. Facilities/Services - Lift available which was very useful, laundry, breakfast and arranging travel. Service - Most of the receptionist staff spoke English and were very helpful with arranging excursions or anything we needed help with. They almost always had someone at reception too.
