"Muyan is a small family-run hotel with very helpful staff and excellent breakfast. We stayed at the hotel for six nights. Haci, the owner, greeted us every morning at breakfast offering omelets and Turkish coffee. We were pleasantly surprised to find a demi bottle of local wine with a nice thank-you note when we returned to our room on our last night there. When we checked out to move to another hotel where we were to begin our organized tour package, Haci's sister gave us a ride to the hotel....

"The hotel had really good views over the sea and the Blue Mosque. It was quiet and everything was in working order. The staff were all very pleasant and the breakfast area was well attended and restocked when items ran out. Only one criticism. We were charged twice for our stay because the receptionist did not believe us when we told him we had already paid. There was some confusion on our part. The manager has assured us that a refund is on its way."

"Very good location and close to main attractions! Room was clean although there are some areas that need maintenance, such as the curtain holders. But nothing that major. Close to various restaurants and shops. The breakfast gave a good variety including some traditional Turkish options. Overall for the price, the quality is great. Would recommend!"

"Beautiful staff, very very helpful. Downside of if this premises that it does not have parking, in a very congested area and no roads parking. However, staff have one parking space for them, they allowed us to use it during our stay, extra thanks to them. Otherwise, it's almost impossible to fund oarking in the area. Best hotel if you're there for fun and wLk atround the area and use public transportation. "

"This place is magical. So happy I got a room with a balcony as there is music all the time in the gorgeous courtyard. The concierge service is top notch. A very elegant place. Just loved it. "

"The hotel is very well situated. Walking distance to many of the places in 'old town' that we wanted to visit. Very clean. Staff interactions were fine. their breakfast offerings were varied, and tasty. The rooms on the 4th floor can be a bit tight particularly if your attic window has a sloped ceiling. Very clean. The bed pillows were less comfortable than expected but acceptable. The comforters are short for the size of the bed and could not be adjusted. "

"Amazing location, all highlights are at a walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants in the surroundings. A bazar a few feet away. Safe clean location. What didn’t work- very busy so can get loud in the morning. The hotel whilst is very clean it is very tired and in need of a refurb. The rooms and bathroom do not look the same as the pictures. Our room had severe damp issues. The smell was unbearable. We complained and nothing was done about it, I have pictures. No curtains on some windows...
